The Working Farm at Hoffer Farm continues the legacy of Edna Hoffer, Pleasant View’s founder, who grew fruits and vegetables on this land to serve her residents. Today, we’re revitalizing this tradition with modern sustainable farming practices, animal therapy programs, and educational opportunities that benefit both our residents and the wider community.

Meet Our Farm Manager
Olivia St. Clair is Hoffer Farm’s first manager.
Since starting in the fall of 2024, Olivia has worked with residents and volunteers to create standard operating procedures for hydroponics and the care of the animals.
Olivia and the team have developed a green master plan and map for future crops and greenhouses.
